Traditional Funeral Services

Our traditional funeral services honour familiar funeral rites and rituals offering comfort and care in your time of grief. We will work with you and your family to create a truly special viewing, service and burial.

Traditional funeral services start from $6,160.

Natural Burials

Although Natural Burials are a relatively new concept in Australia, they have been practised for millennia by many cultures around the world. Not only do Natural Burials allow a greater connection with nature, removing the barriers between us and the earth, but they also leave little impact on the environment. POA.

Sea Burials

Sea Burials allow those who have centred their lives around the ocean to continue that powerful relationship afterlife. Sea Burial is not the scattering of ashes, it is the laying of the body to rest in the ocean. Due to regulatory constraints, Sea Burials are not available to all, they are granted to those with a demonstrable connection to the sea. POA.

What is Natural Burial?

Natural burial is the practice of burying in a natural setting, whilst removing the barriers between the body and nature. Natural burials avoid the use of toxic chemicals such as embalming fluids and include the use of naturally biodegradable coffins or shrouds to allow the body to become one with nature over a short period of time.

Who is Natural Burial for?

Anyone can choose to have a natural burial, some of the reasons you may choose to have a natural burial are:

  • You wish to return to the earth and become one with nature.

  • You are passionate about the environment and want to leave behind a limited carbon footprint.

  • Natural Burial is in keeping with your religious or cultural traditions.

  • You want to lessen funeral costs

What is Sea Burial?

Sea burials allow those who feel deeply connected to the ocean to have their bodies laid to rest amongst the waves. We have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears, we are tied to the ocean. Being buried at sea allows us to remain in its net of wonder forever.

Who is Sea Burial for?

  • Those who have a demonstrated connection to the ocean such as mariners, fishermen or surfers.

  • Those for whom the ocean holds cultural significance.

  • Those who love the ocean and want to leave behind a limited environmental impact.
